Securities offerings referenced on this site are conducted through separate, deal-specific special purpose vehicles, with a FINRA-registered broker-dealer partner as placement agent and BioSyndex Advisors LLC (an exempt reporting adviser under Section 203(m) of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940) as SPV manager. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, or a recommendation to invest. Private placements are speculative and may result in loss of capital. Offers are made only to verified accredited investors through each offering's definitive documents.

Each deal runs through a dedicated SPV managed by BioSyndex Advisors LLC (exempt reporting adviser under Investment Advisers Act §203(m)), with a FINRA-registered broker-dealer partner as placement agent. Fees and governance are disclosed in each offering's Private Placement Memorandum and Operating Agreement.
