Regulation D Rule 506(c) offerings

BioSyndex is a technology platform only—not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or funding portal. Any securities offerings described or accessed through the platform are conducted through a separate SPV and a registered broker-dealer partner under Rule 506(c) of Regulation D. Only accredited investors may participate. Nothing on the platform constitutes an offer to sell or solicitation to buy securities.

You must complete accredited-investor verification (including re-confirmation at commitment) and acknowledge investment risks before indicating interest. Self-certification on the platform supports compliance workflows but does not replace broker-dealer verification required under Rule 506(c).

If you join the waitlist or subscribe to email, you agree we may contact you at the address provided. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe mechanism consistent with applicable law (e.g. CAN-SPAM).

Acceptable use
