Accredited Investor Policy

BioSyndex only allows participation in offerings under Rule 506(c) of Regulation D. This means every investor must be verified as an accredited investor before they can view full opportunity details or make any commitment.

We take reasonable steps to verify accredited status as required by the SEC, including third-party verification services and documentation review.

Self-certification alone is not sufficient under Rule 506(c).

Broker-dealer partner

Verification will be finalized by our registered broker-dealer partner. BioSyndex collects information to support compliance; self-certification alone is not sufficient under Rule 506(c).

How to verify

After you select Investor during onboarding, you will complete our accredited investor questionnaire. Supporting documents may be required before any commitment is accepted.
